Ako Panuku clusters are collaborative, regionally-based professional learning communities designed to support Māori educators and leaders. These clusters provide culturally grounded spaces for networking, knowledge sharing, and professional development, all within a kaupapa Māori framework. They are initially facilitated by Ako Panuku but are intended to become self-sustaining over time.
